What you will learn?  

Addressing the unique challenges faced by VSHs and their staff, this session bridges the gap between care professionals and care-experienced children and young people.

We'll explore how to connect with their lived experiences while maintaining professional boundaries, fostering empathy, and ultimately, providing better support.

 Capturing the wins in challenging situations   

 Reaffirming relational practice as their guiding professional framework

 Starting from the outcome you desire, working back from there to the practice
