About the course

This course introduces you to 10 essential conversation card scenarios (out of a full set of 20 available!). Through these cards, you'll gain valuable insights into the potential causes of complex behaviour in children, you'll explore the potential causes behind their actions. These may include factors like stress, feeling isolated from their peers, inadequacy, or simply seeking attention.

The course also equips you with effective communication techniques to respond in a calm and confident manner. You'll practice these techniques through real-world scenarios presented on the conversation cards, creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
