You can access this training and more with our e-learning offer by purchasing an individual course or a 12 Month membership. You can also enquire to book us in to facilitate directly to your organisation virtually or face-to-face.

Yes, as part of the sign-up process when purchasing a membership or an individual course, you will create a login to be able to access the platform.

Aside from your CPD form - as part of the training, you will be provided with a workbook and a reflective journal to fill in at your own leisure.

Within each course, there are multiple parts to completing the course, for example:
1. The video
2. The workbook (if one is present)
3. The CPD Feedback capture form
Each of these makes up 33.3% of the course completion - once you have completed all of these activities, your course will show as completed and you will receive an email confirmation.

Once you have completed the CPD Capture form, your CPD certificate will be sent to you via email within 30 days.

Each of our sessions can be taken individually or as part of The Care Leaders Online membership.

Our 12 month membership provides you with training facilitated by Luke Rodgers and other lived experience and professional leaders.

You can purchase your membership using a credit card. Alternatively, you can contact us we can potentially raise an invoice.

We offer a 14 day cooling off period for our memberships. If you have already accessed and downloaded all or part of the online course and/or attended training, the 14 day cooling off period does not apply.

Yes, if you are enrolled in a live course, it will be available to re-watch for 27 days afterwards.

A laptop, iPad or desktop computer with browsing capabilities is required for online delivery. All other materials will be provided.

No, delegates will not be visible on video and you will only be able to see your trainer via a live video stream. You will, however, have the opportunity to ask questions and communicate with the facilitator directly via a chat function.
